By using Motistry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Directory Service

Motistry provides a curated directory of third-party AI products. A listing is informational and does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, partnership, or guarantee. Product availability, pricing, functionality, and policies may change without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Product Submissions

By submitting a product, you confirm that you have the right to provide its text, images, trademarks, and links. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, format, and promote that material as part of the directory.

We may edit formatting, request changes, reject, unpublish, or remove a listing to protect directory quality, users, or third-party rights. Free submissions enter manual review. Paid plans may publish faster, but they remain subject to the same content and safety rules.

Paid Submission Plans

Paid submission plans are one-time purchases for the placement and services described at checkout. Payment does not guarantee traffic, conversions, search-engine rankings, or permanent placement. A paid order may be used for one product submission only.

Listings that violate these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights may be removed without a refund. Other refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the work already performed.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious, adult, hateful, or unsafe content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a product.
• Manipulate views, rankings, reviews, or directory signals.
• Attempt to bypass payment, moderation, authentication, or security controls.
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

Third-Party Products and Links

Third-party products are operated independently. You are responsible for evaluating them before purchase or use. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, transactions, data practices, or results.

Intellectual Property

The directory software, branding, curation, and original content belong to Motistry or its licensors. Product names, logos, and submitted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access or remove content when these terms are violated or when necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the directory or third-party products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
